Shipping policy

  • Typically it takes us 2 - 4 days to ship out orders
  • On occasion we will need to make the product that you have ordered and it may take us longer than 4 days to ship your order. If this is the case we will reach out by email and let you know.
  • Shipping time varies depending on destination and carrier.
  • Tracking numbers are always available. If you are concerned about the time it is taking for your order to arrive please feel free to contact us about tracking.
  • We ship by both Canada Post and by various couriers. Variables include cost, time and remoteness of destination. Generally if the destination is more remote we tend to ship with Canada Post, whereas more urban destinations tend to be shipped by courier.
  • Please include enough shipping information that we are able to ship either by Canada Post or by courier. Feel free to follow your order with an email to hello@becleananturally.ca if you have particular needs around shipping.
  • We do not currently ship to the USA
  • Orders within Canada over $100 (before taxes) receive complimentary shipping
  • Orders under $100 (before taxes) have an additional cost of $14 to cover shipping

Product Availability Policy

If you order a product that we don’t currently have in stock and we do not have a clear date of when we will have it back in stock we will reach out to you to offer either an exchange for a different product or a refund back to your original form of payment. 

In this case refunds will be executed within 5 days of request. Sometimes it takes longer for refunds to show up on credit card statements then it does for purchases. If you are concerned about a refund and haven’t seen anything on your credit card statement for 10 days please reach out to us at hello@becleannaturally.ca.
