Join therapeutic-based yoga teacher, Richelle Muscroft of Purple Acorn Yoga, for an informative and explorative evening of understanding the Vagus nerve and its significance for wellbeing. Through breathwork and body-based techniques, students will learn ways to self-regulate their nervous system in order to promote healing, connection, and resiliency.
