Welcome Spring with us in a whole new way and join us for the Spring Equinox Yoga Nidra Deep Dive starting on the evening of Thursday March 19th till the afternoon of Sunday March 22nd with Kirstin.
Over 4 days there will be the opportunity to participate in 10 Yoga Nidra sessions ranging from 30 minutes to an hour.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of expanding ones awareness while in a astate of conscious sleep.
The Equinox is a time of balance. Balance of light and dark. Equal day, equal night. The theme of this weekends journey will be 'Being with Balance'.

3 light breakfasts
3 hearty lunches
4 offerings of tea and snacks
Lots of time and space to connect, share, reflect, journal and read
If you join us for the full weekend you can participate in all other classes we are offering during the weekend and you can spend as much time at our space as you like.
Participants will get 10% off suggested books and 15% off Energy Balance Sessions with Nathalie during the Equinox weekend. You can book a session with her on our website.
Monica will be offering Indian Head Massages on Friday 11:00am-1:00pm and Sunday 12:30pm to 3:30pm, which you can book an our website as well.
